Financial Advisor – Clients Provided (Exeter)

About the role

We are partnering with a respected international financial services group to recruit a Financial Advisor for their expanding Exeter team. The role focuses on delivering holistic, client‑centric financial planning without the need to bring an existing client book.

Key responsibilities

• Provide expert financial planning and wealth management advice to private clients.
• Build and develop a client bank through referrals, professional introducers (e.g., solicitors, accountants), and internal relationships.
• Collaborate closely with Investment Managers to achieve strong client outcomes.

Required profile

• Level 6 qualification (CII or equivalent), ideally Chartered or working towards chartered status.
• Minimum five years’ experience delivering holistic financial planning advice.
• Strong technical knowledge across pensions, tax planning, inheritance tax, trusts, and protection.
• Proven ability to build and develop client relationships.
• Confident communicator with a professional, consultative approach.
• Experience supporting or mentoring colleagues is advantageous.
