Financial Advisor

About the role

As a Financial Advisor you will manage client relationships, conduct regular reviews and ensure all advice complies with FCA regulatory standards. You will work closely with internal teams and external providers to deliver positive outcomes and support the company’s growth.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and develop client relationships, providing ongoing financial advice.
• Conduct detailed fact‑findings to understand client circumstances, goals and risk appetite.
• Recommend suitable financial solutions and ensure advice meets FCA compliance.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to deliver seamless service.
• Generate new business through networking, referrals and achieving revenue targets.

Required profile

• Qualified Financial Advisor with a solid understanding of FCA compliance.
• Strong relationship‑building and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple client portfolios effectively.
• Proactive in generating new client opportunities and meeting targets.
