Financial Advisor

About the role

Take over an established client bank from day one and focus on delivering advice rather than generating leads. This position is ideal for a newly qualified Financial Advisor with CAS looking to build a career within a supportive wealth management business. The role is primarily desk‑based with client meetings conducted via telephone and video conferencing.

Key responsibilities

• Manage an existing client portfolio with significant assets under management.
• Conduct client review meetings through telephone and video consultations.
• Deliver holistic financial planning advice across pensions, investments and retirement planning.
• Build and maintain long‑term client relationships.
• Identify opportunities to develop existing client relationships and increase assets under management.
• Collaborate with paraplanning and administration support to ensure an excellent client experience.
• Maintain accurate and compliant client records.
• Ensure all advice complies with FCA requirements and aligns with client objectives.

Required profile

• Competent Adviser Status (CAS).
• 6 to 12 months’ experience as a Financial Advisor (ideal).
• Level 4 Diploma qualification.
• Good knowledge of pensions, investments and financial planning solutions.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Ability to build trust and rapport with clients remotely.
• Full UK driving licence preferred.
