Financial Advisor (Self-Employed, Remote)

About the role

Join The Openwork Partnership as a self‑employed Financial Advisor and build your own advisory business with full administrative and compliance support. This flexible position offers remote or hybrid working, uncapped earnings and access to a wide range of financial products.

Key responsibilities

• Provide holistic financial planning advice tailored to each client’s needs.
• Conduct comprehensive financial reviews and develop suitable recommendations across investments, pensions, protection and retirement.
• Build and maintain long‑term client relationships while growing your own portfolio.
• Generate new business through networking, referrals and professional introducer relationships.
• Ensure all advice complies with FCA regulations and Consumer Duty requirements.

Required profile

• Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (or equivalent).
• Proven experience delivering regulated financial advice.
• Strong relationship‑building and communication skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ambition to scale an advisory business.
• Self‑motivated, professional and driven to succeed.
