Financial Analysis Manager – UKIEMEA

About the role

Qantas is seeking a Financial Analysis Manager to lead the UKIEMEA annual budgeting and five‑year planning cycle. Based in our Hammersmith office, you will work closely with business budget owners, the regional Financial Controller, and the Sydney finance team to ensure financial plans align with corporate directives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the UKIEMEA annual budget and five‑year planning process.
• Oversee regional forecasting, variance analysis and financial commentary.
• Produce detailed management reports that support strategic decision‑making.
• Monitor Cost of Sale (COS), analyse drivers and advise on actions to meet regional targets.
• Ensure alignment with corporate finance timelines and directives.

Required profile

• Tertiary qualification in accounting or finance.
• Newly qualified ICA, CPA, CIMA, ACCA, ACA or equivalent professional qualification.
• Extensive senior‑level financial management experience.
• Strong management accounting background.
• Experience in both finance and commercial roles with the ability to integrate the two.
• Knowledge of Qantas sales and distribution is advantageous.
