Financial Analyst (London)

About the role

We are looking for a highly‑motivated Financial Analyst to join our London team. You will support budgeting, forecasting and performance analysis, helping drive informed business decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide budget, forecast and variance analysis and related reports.
• Conduct financial research, analyse performance against objectives and identify emerging trends.
• Explain analysis findings in clear, simple terms.
• Create and maintain statistical/financial databases and reports.
• Recommend actions to improve business performance based on data interpretation.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional departments on projects and priorities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting (preferred).
• Minimum of 3 years’ business analytics experience.
• Construction industry experience is a plus.
• Comfortable learning and using various financial reporting tools.
• Strong organisation, time‑management and project‑management abilities.
• Ability to manage overlapping deadlines and shifting priorities.

Required skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
