Financial Analyst – Onsite (Newcastle)

About the role
Our client, a fast‑growing and profitable business in Newcastle upon Tyne, is looking for a Financial Analyst to join the team on site. You will support medium‑ and long‑term financial planning, using data‑driven insights to improve performance and guide strategic decisions.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain medium‑ and long‑term financial plans with variance analysis.
- Perform business modelling and sensitivity analysis.
- Assist with ERP system upgrades and related data migration.
- Prepare cash‑flow and funding forecasts.
Required profile
- Basic accounting knowledge; ACA, ACCA, CIMA qualification or working towards it.
- Experience in financial planning and budgeting.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively in a close‑knit team.
- Good business awareness and communication skills.

What we offer
- Salary between £44,000 and £50,000 per year.
- Benefits package and flexible start/finish times.
- On‑site role, Monday‑Friday.
