Financial Controller

About the role

We are seeking a Financial Controller to build and run the finance engine at OLIX AI as we scale our hardware‑focused business. Reporting to the CFO and working closely with senior leadership, you will be responsible for accurate accounting, robust controls, and clear reporting across production, capital, payroll and more.

Key responsibilities

• Own day‑to‑day financial operations including accounts payable and month‑end close.
• Prepare reliable management and statutory reports covering production, capital, share options, payroll, transfer pricing and taxes.
• Support selection, implementation and ongoing use of the core ERP and related finance tools.
• Establish and maintain financial controls that meet public‑company standards.
• Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to account for the physical supply chain and ensure auditable records.
• Take over existing processes and scale them as the finance team grows.

Required profile

• Hands‑on finance professional comfortable working in a fast‑growing hardware or manufacturing environment.
• Experience building finance processes from the ground up and delivering clean month‑end closes.
• Ability to work closely with senior leadership and cross‑functional teams.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on accuracy and control.
