Financial Controller – Manufacturing Group

About the role

We are seeking a Financial Controller to join a well‑established manufacturing group operating in the UK and the United States. The role will support the Finance Director and offers a clear pathway for progression within the business.

Key responsibilities

• Financial Management and Reporting – preparation of budgets, management accounts, cash‑flow forecasts and ensuring compliance.
• Commercial Analysis and Business Partnering – analyse pricing, sales data and provide actionable insights.
• Operational Support – collaborate with the Operations Manager to develop and implement improvement ideas.
• Business Growth – support and drive initiatives that enhance growth and quality across the organisation.
• System Improvements – identify and implement efficiencies to increase commercial effectiveness.
