Financial Controller – Multi-site Consumer Business

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Financial Controller to join a leading multi‑site consumer business in Central London. You will partner with senior management to drive financial performance, ensure compliance and support the company’s ambitious growth plans.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead financial reporting, controls and compliance across all sites.
  • Own monthly management accounts and month‑end reporting.
  • Continuously improve financial processes and systems.
  • Oversee cash management and coordinate audit activities.
  • Engage regularly with senior stakeholders and non‑finance teams.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting and strategic ad‑hoc projects.
  • Assist with business growth initiatives, including new site development.

Required profile

  • Qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA or ACA).
  • Experience working in a multi‑site consumer business such as retail, hospitality or leisure.
  • Team player who can also work independently.
