About the role
You will play a key role in driving financial governance and compliance within a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Implement and maintain robust internal controls.
- Ensure regulatory compliance through policies and audits.
- Deliver accurate financial reporting.
- Partner with commercial and operations teams to provide strategic insights.
- Perform profitability and margin analysis.
- Identify opportunities to improve working capital efficiency.
Required profile
- Fully qualified accountant with at least 5 years of progressive finance experience.
- Proven leadership experience and a strong commercial mindset.
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for continuous improvement.
- Hands‑on approach and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced setting.
