Financial Intelligence Administrator (Fixed-Term Contract)

About the role

We are looking for a Financial Intelligence Administrator to join a leading business in Mid Kent on a nine‑month fixed‑term contract. The role supports the Financial Intelligence Team by carrying out KYC, AML and fraud‑prevention activities. You will work closely with the compliance team to ensure that all financial activities meet regulatory standards and help mitigate risk for the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct KYC and AML checks, including screening and due‑diligence.
• Review new accounts, identify risks and flag unusual activity.
• Investigate fraud cases, maintain accurate records and liaise with customers and third parties.
• Verify customer identity documents in line with regulatory standards.
• Perform transaction monitoring and escalate suspicious activity.

Required profile

• Knowledge of AML, KYC or fraud investigations (advantageous).
• Understanding of regulatory requirements and fraud risks (advantageous).
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
• Confidence using Microsoft Office tools.
