About the role

We are seeking an experienced Financial Planner / Director to join a growing wealth‑management team in the South West. The role involves delivering holistic financial advice to private clients, expanding the client portfolio and helping shape the future of a regional office.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality, holistic financial advice to private clients.
• Develop and maintain long‑term client relationships.
• Grow the client portfolio through business development, referrals and professional networks.
• Collaborate with regional colleagues to support overall growth.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and deliver an excellent client experience.
• Contribute to the strategic development of the regional advisory business.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Financial Planner or Adviser.
• Demonstrated ability to build and develop client relationships.
• Track record of generating new business and expanding a client portfolio.
• Strong technical knowledge of financial planning and wealth management.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
