Financial Planner – HNW Clients

About the role

We are seeking an ambitious Financial Planner to join our independent wealth management team, focusing on high‑net‑worth (HNW) and ultra‑high‑net‑worth (UHNW) clients. You will work with a strong client base from day one and benefit from warm referrals, in‑branch introductions and a full technical support infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver holistic financial planning covering pensions, investments, tax, estate and protection for HNW/UHNW clients.
• Conduct detailed fact‑finds and develop tailored financial strategies.
• Convert pre‑qualified leads into long‑term relationships and grow the client bank.
• Maintain and deepen existing relationships, managing portfolios of £500,000+ AUM.
• Participate in business seminars, client events and ongoing professional development.

Required profile

• Level 4 Diploma (CII, CISI or equivalent) and CAS achieved.
• Proven experience in financial planning, IFA or wealth management.
• Strong ability to lead first meetings and build lasting relationships.
