About the role

Join an established, directly authorised financial planning firm in Wiltshire that is entering a phase of controlled growth. You will take over an existing bank of high‑value clients and deliver holistic, long‑term financial planning advice while benefiting from strong adviser support and modern technology.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of high net‑worth clients, typically with assets above £500k.
• Provide comprehensive, holistic financial planning advice tailored to each client.
• Leverage dedicated paraplanners, administrators and planning technology to focus on advice rather than paperwork.
• Contribute to organic growth through referrals, professional networks and the firm’s marketing activities.
• Maintain client relationships and ensure regular review meetings and follow‑up.

Required profile

• Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (essential).
• Proven experience delivering financial planning advice to clients.
• Comfortable managing higher‑value client relationships.
• Progress towards Chartered status (desirable).
• Experience within a regulated advisory environment.
