Financial Planning Administrator

About the role

This position supports a senior Financial Planner who works with high‑net‑worth clients. You will act as the central hub for client reviews, documentation, and back‑office processing, ensuring a seamless service experience.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate client review processes, including scheduling, gathering documentation, and preparing materials.
• Maintain accurate client records and financial information in back‑office and CRM systems.
• Assist the adviser in delivering regulated financial advice, ensuring all documentation is complete and compliant.
• Process new business cases, proactively progress them and chase third‑party providers.
• Liaise with pension providers, platforms and other third parties to obtain updates and information.
• Handle routine client activities such as letters of authority, fund switches, top‑ups, withdrawals and ongoing servicing.
• Maintain and update CRM systems (e.g., Intelliflo) with precise client data.
• Support platform administration, including transfers and investment actions.
• Serve as the coordination point between clients, advisers and internal teams to deliver a high‑quality client experience.

Required profile

• Proven administration/support experience within the IFA sector.
• Solid understanding of pensions, investments and financial planning processes.
• Experience using back‑office and CRM systems, preferably Intelliflo.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
