Financial Planning Administrator

About the role

A modern, growing financial planning firm with an excellent reputation is seeking an experienced Wealth Management Administrator. You will be the primary point of contact for client queries on pensions, investments and protection products, while supporting advisers and paraplanners.

Key responsibilities

• Process new business applications and portfolio illustration requests.
• Assist paraplanners and advisers with annual and tri‑annual client review packs.
• Arrange client meetings, manage advisers’ diaries and coordinate internal schedules.
• Provide comprehensive back‑office support and ensure all administration follows company procedures.
• Maintain accurate, compliant client records on company systems and correspond with clients in writing and verbally.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a financial planning firm (essential).
• CII Level 3 qualification in Financial Administration preferred (training support available).
• Strong ability to manage and prioritise workloads effectively.
• Excellent communication, planning and organisational skills.
• Analytical and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Intelligent Office (IO) platform knowledge.
