Financial Planning Administrator – Review Team

About the role

This permanent position supports a dedicated Review Team within a Chartered Financial Planning firm in Cheadle. You will prepare detailed client review reports, analyse performance data and produce cash‑flow forecasts, helping planners identify further planning opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare client review reports using Dynamic Planner and Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Gather valuations, performance data and supporting information from multiple investment platforms.
• Maintain accurate client records and manage review activity through Intelliflo Office.
• Use FE Analytics to support investment research and performance analysis.
• Produce cash‑flow forecasts and financial planning scenarios.
• Review client information, flagging potential planning needs for the Financial Planners.
• Communicate professionally with clients, colleagues and product providers.
• Ensure all client reports and supporting documents are accurate, complete and professionally presented.

Required profile

• Previous experience in Financial Planning, wealth management or an IFA environment.
• Working understanding of pensions, ISAs, General Investment Accounts and investment bonds.
• Comfortable gathering information from various sources and handling detailed financial data.
• Strong organisational, attention‑to‑detail and communication abilities.

What we offer

• Salary up to £30,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
