Financial Planning & Analysis Manager

About the role

Border to Coast is seeking a Financial Planning & Analysis Manager to join its award‑winning team in Leeds. The role supports strategic decision‑making, financial performance and business transformation across the organisation’s B2C operations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the budgeting process and produce monthly performance reports.
• Partner with Change and Transformation teams to define, track and validate financial and operational benefits of initiatives.
• Develop and maintain revenue models and Board‑level balanced scorecard reporting.
• Provide actionable insights on cost performance, P&L impact, cash‑flow and customer outcomes.
• Identify risks, opportunities and process inefficiencies, and drive automation and KPI‑based improvements.
• Support post‑implementation reviews to confirm delivery against plan.

Required profile

• Proven experience in financial planning, budgeting and performance analysis.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Experience working with change programmes and benefits realisation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Commitment to continuous improvement and data‑driven decision making.
