About the role
We are looking for a Financial Planning Support professional to join our IFA administration team in Bury. The role offers a supportive environment where you will work closely with financial planners and providers, contributing to a low‑turnover, development‑focused culture.
Key responsibilities
- Process new business applications and ensure accurate data entry.
- Build and maintain relationships with product providers.
- Assist with annual reviews and client updates.
- Update and maintain internal systems and documentation.
- Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and support each other.
Required profile
- Experience supporting financial planners or working in financial services administration.
- Familiarity with product provider processes or similar administrative roles.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
