Financial Program Controls Analyst

About the role

As a Financial Program Controls Analyst you will provide critical financial oversight for RTX contracts, partnering with program management and cross‑functional teams to ensure sound financial planning and execution. You will support all financial aspects of programs, from budgeting and reporting to cost estimating and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver financial planning support including LRP, AOP, working capital, monthly performance reporting and variance analysis.
• Develop and maintain Earned Value Management (EVM) metrics, including estimates at complete (EACs).
• Provide cost estimating support for bids and proposals, ensuring compliance with TINA where applicable.
• Validate and analyse actuals against Basis of Estimates, confirming consistency and sound estimating approaches.
• Support gate reviews, audits and other compliance activities as required.

Required profile

• University degree or equivalent experience with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Qualified accountant (CIMA preferred) or strong commercial acumen.
• Resilient, adaptable and able to thrive in a fast‑paced, growing organisation.
• Highly organised, proactive, analytical and detail‑oriented.
