Financial Services Administrator

About the role

The role supports the smooth operation of a well‑established financial advice and planning office in Yateley. You will work closely with the Operations Manager and a remote team to deliver high‑quality administrative support for client cases, provider communications and compliance activities.

Key responsibilities

• Process brokered financial cases from application through to completion.
• Communicate with clients and product providers by phone and email, handling routine queries.
• Prepare client planning review documentation accurately and efficiently.
• Conduct protection and general insurance research as required.
• Enter and retrieve information using online systems, producing necessary documentation.
• Support policy retention initiatives and maintain compliance registers.
• Arrange and attend meetings, conferences and team activities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in financial services administration or a closely related role.
• Professional, friendly approach with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritise workload in a busy, client‑focused environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Required skills

• Experience using online administrative and case‑management systems.
• Competence in handling client and provider correspondence.
• Basic knowledge of financial products, protection and insurance research.
