Financial Services Administrator

About the role

The Financial Services Administrator will support a well‑established independent financial adviser (IFA) practice in Swindon. Working closely with advisers and management, you will ensure smooth administrative processes and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate client records and financial documentation.
• Process paperwork for financial and insurance products.
• Coordinate communication between advisers, clients, and third‑party providers.
• Assist with the preparation of reports and client statements.
• Handle routine inquiries and provide a friendly, client‑focused service.

Required profile

• Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably within financial services or an IFA environment.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders.
