Fine Art Export Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a Fine Art Export Coordinator to join our specialist team in Feltham. The role involves managing the end‑to‑end export process for artwork, antiques and interior pieces, ensuring they reach their destination safely, on time and in compliance with all regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Managing international shipments across air, road, sea and courier networks.
• Producing and checking all necessary export and customs paperwork.
• Ensuring shipments comply with current customs and international trade requirements.
• Coordinating with clients, galleries, art handlers, freight companies and couriers.
• Monitoring deliveries and keeping customers informed at every stage.
• Handling issues such as delays and customs clearance queries.
• Maintaining clear and accurate shipment records.
• Acting as the primary contact for clients throughout the export process.

Required profile

• Experience within shipping, logistics, exports or a similar environment.
• Practical knowledge of customs and international export procedures.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational abilities.
• Confident written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to prioritise effectively and work to deadlines.
