Fire Alarm Engineer – South East England

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Fire Alarm Engineer to join a growing team serving the South East England region. This full‑time, permanent position involves on‑site work across multiple client locations, delivering high‑quality fire safety solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Install, service, repair, fault‑find and maintain fire alarm systems and emergency lighting.
• Cover a variety of sites, working with multiple manufacturers' equipment.
• Ensure all work meets quality standards and complies with health and safety regulations.
• Communicate effectively with customers and provide support to colleagues when required.

Required profile

• Full UK driving licence (essential).
• Enthusiastic, self‑motivated attitude.
• At least 3 years’ experience in the fire industry (preferred but not mandatory).
• Willingness to train across different disciplines.

Required skills

• Fire alarm installation and maintenance.
• Emergency lighting servicing.
• Fault‑finding on fire safety systems.
• Knowledge of a range of manufacturers' products.
