Fire Alarm Service Engineer – Ealing

About the role

We are seeking a Fire Alarm Service Engineer to carry out service calls, planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance on fire alarm systems installed in blocks of flats across the London Borough of Ealing. The role is full‑time, permanent and based on‑site, with standard hours Monday‑Friday 08:30‑16:30.

Key responsibilities

• Perform scheduled PPM visits on a variety of fire alarm systems.
• Respond to reactive maintenance calls and resolve faults promptly.
• Undertake on‑call duties one week in four, providing overtime support when required.
• Maintain accurate service records and complete necessary documentation.
• Travel to client sites using a company van and ensure all health and safety procedures are followed.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience servicing fire alarm systems.
• Based in Ealing or neighbouring boroughs.
• Full‑time availability with willingness to undertake on‑call rotations.
• Valid driver’s licence for company van use.
