Fire Door Carpenter / Installer

About the role

We are seeking experienced Fire Door Carpenters/Installers to join a leading specialist contractor in passive fire protection. The role involves delivering high‑quality fire door installations and maintenance across residential, healthcare, education and commercial projects throughout South East London and surrounding areas.

Key responsibilities

• Complete fire door installations and routine maintenance.
• Use appropriate materials, tools and resources to ensure high‑quality workmanship.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations and best practice standards.
• Document all work using the company app.
• Undertake any required training for the role.

Required profile

• NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Carpentry (or equivalent experience).
• Valid CSCS card.
• Full driving licence.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Willingness to undergo DBS (CRB) check if required.
• Preferred: NVQ in passive fire protection and FIRAS certification.
