About the role

Our client, a specialist fire door installation and maintenance company, is seeking experienced Fire Door Installers to join their growing team. The role offers day rates of £250‑£400 and involves working on commercial projects across East Anglia, London, the Home Counties and nationwide.

Key responsibilities

• Install fire doors to the required industry standards.
• Inspect and test installed doors to ensure compliance.
• Complete necessary documentation and handover records.
• Travel to various sites across the UK and work away from home when required.
• Maintain tools, equipment and a clean work environment.
• Collaborate with site managers and other tradespeople.

Required profile

• Proven experience installing fire doors.
• Good understanding of current fire door regulations (training provided if needed).
• Willingness to travel and work away from home.
• Reliable, professional and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
