About the role
DCS Recruitment is seeking an experienced Fire Door Joiner for a short‑term project in Benfleet. The role starts on 5th August 2026 and will run for 1‑2 weeks, offering an hourly rate of £28.75.
Key responsibilities
- Carry out fire‑door remedial repairs on site.
- Perform fire‑stopping duties to ensure compliance with fire safety regulations.
- Work closely with the project team to meet tight deadlines.
- Maintain high standards of workmanship and safety.
Required profile
- Proven experience as a carpenter or joiner.
- Valid CSCS card.
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Carpentry & Joinery.
- Available to start on 5th August 2026 and work onsite in Benfleet.
