Fire Risk Assessor – Fire Safety Consultant

About the role

Fire Risk Prevention Agency LTD is looking for a motivated Fire Risk Assessor to join its expanding consultancy team. You will work on a diverse portfolio of premises, delivering thorough fire risk assessments and helping clients achieve full regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive fire risk assessments on a variety of properties.
• Produce clear, detailed reports with actionable recommendations.
• Advise clients on remedial works and safety improvements.
• Liaise with housing providers, facilities teams and other stakeholders to ensure compliance with fire safety legislation.

Required profile

• Up‑to‑date knowledge of the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 and the Fire Safety Act 2021.
• Strong report‑writing and communication abilities.
• Recognised fire safety qualifications, ideally minimum Level 4.
