Fire & Security Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Fire & Security Engineer to join a growing team in Slough. The role involves installing, servicing and maintaining fire alarm, intruder alarm, CCTV and access control systems across Berkshire and surrounding areas. You will work on a variety of manufacturers and provide high‑quality service to our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Install, service, repair and conduct fault‑finding on fire alarm, intruder alarm, CCTV and access control systems.
• Perform routine maintenance and testing to ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Travel to multiple client sites and manage workload efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
• Communicate effectively with customers, providing clear updates and advice.
• Support team members and share knowledge where required.

Required profile

• Full UK driving licence (essential).
• Minimum three years’ experience in the fire and security sector.
• Positive attitude, self‑motivated and eager to seize opportunities.
• Willingness to train in additional disciplines if needed.
