Fire & Security Engineer – Liverpool (Full‑time)

About the role

This is a field‑based, full‑time permanent position covering Liverpool and the surrounding North West area. You will join a fast‑growing fire and security company and be responsible for delivering high‑quality installations, maintenance and repairs on a variety of safety systems.

Key responsibilities

• Install, service, repair, fault‑find and maintain fire alarms, intruder alarms, CCTV and access‑control systems.
• Ensure the overall quality of work delivered on‑site meets company standards.
• Communicate effectively with clients and the administration team.
• Adhere to professional guidelines, regulations and company obligations.
• Collaborate with senior engineers and provide support and training to junior team members.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar fire and security engineering role.
• Good understanding of fire alarm, intruder alarm, CCTV and access‑control systems.
• Familiarity with a range of manufacturers and willingness to learn new technologies.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Self‑motivated, positive attitude and a drive to seize progression opportunities.
• Electrical background is advantageous.
