Fire & Security Operations Manager – Lead Division

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Fire & Security Operations Manager to lead and grow a dynamic division, delivering high‑quality fire and security projects while ensuring compliance and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Provide hands‑on technical expertise across all fire and security projects.
• Mentor and develop engineering teams, monitoring performance and fostering professional growth.
• Maintain industry standards and accreditations such as BAFE.
• Attend client meetings, conduct site surveys and build strong relationships.
• Prepare quotations, tenders and conduct engineer audits to improve service delivery.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within existing accounts to drive division growth.
• Collaborate with scheduling and administrative teams to ensure operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Proven background in fire and security systems with strong technical knowledge.
• Experience in a management, supervisory or lead engineer role in a similar environment.
• Solid understanding of industry compliance, accreditations and safety standards.
• Ability to produce detailed surveys, quotations and estimates.
• Excellent communication skills for client and cross‑team interaction.
• Results‑driven mindset with a focus on new business development.
• Valid UK driving licence.
