Fire Sprinkler Service Engineer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Fire Sprinkler Service Engineer to join Nu‑form Fire, part of Johnson Controls. The role involves servicing a wide range of sprinkler systems across the UK, supporting commercial, industrial, public‑sector and blue‑chip clients. Extensive travel and occasional overnight stays are required.

Key responsibilities

• Service and maintain fire sprinkler systems (wet, dry, alternate, deluge, pre‑action).
• Perform flow testing and flow‑switch testing to verify system performance.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong client relationships.
• Coordinate with the planning team to schedule and prioritize jobs.
• Complete accurate service reports and handover documentation.
• Promote a Zero Harm culture by adhering to safe working practices.
• Participate in out‑of‑hours call‑out rota as required.

Required profile

• Proven experience servicing fire sprinkler systems of various types.
• Proficiency in flow testing and flow‑switch testing.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel nationwide.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
