First Line IT Support Analyst

About the role

We are partnering with a global brand to recruit a First Line IT Support Analyst for their London office. You will be the initial point of contact for users, delivering prompt and professional assistance both on‑site and remotely across multiple international locations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑line support to all users in the London office.
• Log, categorise and prioritise tickets using the IT service management system.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software and access issues, including password resets.
• Deliver deskside support locally and remote support for global teams.
• Support and administer Intune‑managed devices.
• Maintain meeting‑room and shared office IT equipment.
• Manage IT asset inventory and procurement.
• Collaborate with global technology teams on projects, roll‑outs and service improvements.
• Support security best practices and compliance initiatives.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of IT operations and user satisfaction.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience in an IT Support or Service Desk role.
• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 and SharePoint administration.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem‑solving abilities.
• Strong communication and customer‑service skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
