About the role

Join TJX Europe’s Distribution Team as a First Line Manager, where you’ll lead diverse teams to keep TK Maxx and Homesense stores stocked with off‑price products. The role offers a supportive environment, top‑notch training and a fast‑paced workplace that changes daily.

Key responsibilities

• Lead large‑scale, culturally diverse teams to achieve operational and functional goals through coaching and partnership.
• Plan resources within the department and manage day‑to‑day metrics across your shift in collaboration with site colleagues.
• Shape a high‑performance culture, identify talent and develop potential within the team.
• Handle all HR and payroll processes, ensuring fairness and compliance with TJX policies.
• Continuously seek process improvements and ensure team members understand standard operating procedures.

Required profile

• Proven team‑leader and communicator, preferably with experience in retail, manufacturing, hospitality, production or call‑centre environments.
• Track record of identifying and developing talent to get the best out of each team member.
• Skilled problem‑solver who can think quickly and adapt to new opportunities.
