First Officer – Global Express XRS (UK based)

About the role
We are looking for an experienced First Officer to join TAG Aviation UK Ltd in Oxford. The successful candidate will work alongside the Captain to ensure the safe and efficient operation of Global Express XRS aircraft on a 24/7 schedule.
Key responsibilities
- Assist the Captain in all phases of flight, maintaining the highest safety standards.
- Manage workload and make decisive actions during normal and abnormal situations.
- Communicate effectively with clients, crew and ground personnel.
- Adhere to company policies, regulatory requirements and operational procedures.
- Provide leadership and teamwork in a high‑pressure environment.
Required profile
- Unrestricted right to live and work in the United Kingdom.
- Valid FAA licence.
- Class One Medical certificate.
- Minimum 1,500 total flight hours.
- Type rating on Global Express preferred.
