First Response Advisor

As a First Response Advisor you will be the first point of contact for new claims, capturing accurate information and providing essential administrative support. Key responsibilities

• Handle all customer interactions (both client and direct customers) professionally and in line with Treating Customers Fairly principles.
• Accurately input new claim information received, adhering to service guidelines.
• Call customers to arrange inspection appointments, managing your own diary and reminders.
• Manage claim‑related email inboxes and handle inbound calls.
• Contribute positively to teamwork and the overall company culture.

Required profile

• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a focus on customer service.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and consistently achieve targets.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities.
• Good IT proficiency and attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain accurate data entry.
