Flagship Store Manager

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Flagship Store Manager to lead our flagship location in Manchester. You will be responsible for delivering outstanding commercial results while ensuring an exceptional customer experience in a globally recognised lifestyle brand.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and inspire a high‑performing retail team.
• Drive commercial performance through operational excellence, stock management and compliance.
• Own the store P&L, meeting sales, profitability and KPI targets.
• Maintain visual merchandising and operational standards.
• Provide coaching, feedback and development opportunities for staff.
• Oversee store administration, cash control, attendance, health & safety and maintenance.
• Develop succession plans and unlock team potential.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Store Manager in fashion, accessories, footwear, lifestyle or health & beauty retail.
• Managed a high‑turnover store with annual sales of £2 million+.
• Customer‑first mindset with consultative selling experience.
• Strong operational management skills, including stock accuracy and loss prevention.
• Proven ability to coach, develop and inspire teams.
• Commercial awareness with experience managing KPIs and profitability.
• Excellent communication, leadership and organisational abilities.
