Flat Roofing Estimator

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Flat Roofing Estimator to join our team and support a variety of industrial and commercial roofing projects. You will work closely with the contracts department to deliver accurate cost assessments and help secure new business.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct take‑offs for flat roofing and related construction projects.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates and pricing proposals.
• Obtain, review and compare subcontractor quotations and supplier costs.
• Support contract review meetings and assist the Contracts Department with secured projects.
• Manage multiple deadlines while maintaining high accuracy and quality standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an estimator within the roofing industry.
• Specific experience with flat roofing is highly desirable.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong character and willingness to support the team when needed.
• Comfortable using standard IT tools.
