Fleet Administrator (Progression to Coordinator)

About the role

This full‑time, office‑based position supports a growing contract‑hire and fleet‑management business. You will join a close‑knit coordination team, handling vehicle and driver scheduling while developing sales opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Arrange all vehicles for hire services and ensure they meet regulatory compliance.
• Book drivers onto travel missions and coordinate driver availability.
• Make cold‑calling sales outreach to generate new business for the hire division.
• Maintain accurate fleet records and support the sales pipeline.
• Collaborate with local authorities and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.

Required profile

• Experience as an administrator within a fleet or vehicle‑related environment.
• A desire to progress into a coordinator role.
• Comfort with a fully office‑based, Monday‑to‑Friday schedule.
• Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
