Fleet Coordinator – OEM Experience Required

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Fleet Coordinator to support the aftersales and fleet operations of a fast‑growing international automotive manufacturer. The role is based in London with a hybrid working pattern, reporting into the Aftersales and Fleet team.

Key responsibilities

• Produce daily, weekly and monthly reports on vehicle orders, registrations, stock levels and sales forecasts.
• Maintain and submit industry reporting and market‑intelligence data.
• Assist with campaign and quarterly pricing administration.
• Coordinate communications between dealers, customers and internal teams.
• Manage inbound telephone and email enquiries.
• Support event planning, marketing initiatives and point‑of‑sale activities.
• Administer demonstrator fleet, vehicle allocation and CRM records.
• Provide administrative support for Motability programmes and discount programmes.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in automotive, fleet, leasing or vehicle operations.
• Previous experience in fleet administration, dealer support or customer‑service environments.
• Strong organisational and administrative abilities with high attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proactive, self‑motivated and able to manage multiple priorities.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Experience using CRM systems.
