Flexible Early Years Practitioner – Multiple Locations

About the role

We are seeking flexible Early Years Practitioners to work across a range of nurseries in Greater London, Kent and Surrey. The role involves supporting children aged 0–5 years in a variety of settings, offering you the chance to choose shifts that suit your lifestyle while gaining experience in multiple environments.

Key responsibilities

• Support children aged 0–5 in nursery settings.
• Assist with daily routines, play, learning activities and personal care.
• Create a safe, nurturing and engaging environment.
• Work alongside nursery teams to meet EYFS standards.

Required profile

• Level 2 or Level 3 childcare qualification (essential).
• At least 1 year of nursery experience.
• Solid understanding of the EYFS framework.
• Hands‑on, reliable and able to take initiative.
• Up‑to‑date DBS check.
• Flexible approach to working hours and locations.

Required skills

• Understanding of EYFS standards.
• Ability to maintain a DBS clearance.
