About the role
Join Bruntwood as a Flexible Host / Receptionist at the Cornerblock building in Birmingham City Centre. You will be the first point of contact for tenants, visitors and event participants, delivering a welcoming and professional experience.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers, tenants and visitors, providing a positive first impression.
- Manage the enquiries mailbox and handle administrative tasks throughout the day.
- Support and facilitate events, meetings and room bookings within the building.
- Maintain high standards of presentation in shared spaces, including meeting rooms, co‑working areas and lounges.
- Collect and update customer intelligence in internal systems to aid sales and retention.
- Promote workplace wellbeing and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Required profile
- Friendly, approachable personality with a genuine interest in building relationships.
- Can‑do attitude and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond for customers.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
