About the role
This is a flexible, bank‑staff position as an Early Years Assistant in a nursery located in Gerrards Cross (SL9). You can choose the days you work each week, making it ideal for students or anyone with other commitments.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver the nursery’s ‘Learning through Play’ ethos.
- Design and run innovative activities that challenge and engage children.
- Build strong, positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Promote child welfare and follow all safeguarding procedures.

- Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive outlook.
- Self‑motivated, energetic and approachable.
- Good verbal and written communication abilities.
- Passion for delivering high‑quality educational experiences.
