Flexible Nursery Childcare Worker – Early Years Assistant

About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic Early Years Assistants to join our flexible bank of nursery staff. This role allows you to choose the days you work each week, making it ideal for students or anyone with other commitments. You will help create a safe, playful environment where children can explore and learn.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver our ‘Learning through play’ ethos to support children’s development.
• Design and implement innovative activities that challenge and engage children.
• Build strong, positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Promote child welfare and ensure all safeguarding procedures are strictly followed.

Required profile

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self‑motivated, innovative and positive outlook.
• High energy level and approachable personality.
• Passion for delivering outstanding educational experiences to children.

Required skills

• No specific technical skills required.
