About the role
We are looking for enthusiastic and caring individuals to join our Flexible Bank Team, providing high‑quality care and early learning experiences for children across North and East London nurseries.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver high‑quality care and early learning activities for children in designated nurseries.
- Follow daily routines, health and safety procedures, and safeguarding policies.
- Support children’s development through play, storytelling, and educational activities.
- Communicate effectively with parents and team members about children’s progress.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and stimulating classroom environment.
Required profile
- Qualified or unqualified childcare professional with experience in early years settings.
- Positive, energetic, and nurturing attitude towards children.
- Reliable, flexible availability to work full nursery shifts (starting 8/9 am, finishing 5/6 pm).
- Ability to adapt to varying schedules across multiple London locations.
