Flexible Part‑time Merchandiser – Cambourne

About the role

As an Instore Merchandiser based in Cambourne you will bring products to life on the shop floor, managing point‑of‑sale placement, stock replenishment and visual standards. The role is flexible and part‑time, allowing you to fit work around other commitments while earning a competitive hourly rate.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and refresh in‑store displays to keep them on‑brand and visually impactful.
• Monitor stock levels, replenish products and audit shelf placement.
• Develop and follow a cost‑effective journey plan for each store visit.
• Build strong relationships with store staff and managers.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and company standards.

Required profile

• Friendly, confident personality with a "can‑do" attitude.
• Excellent communication skills, high integrity and reliability.
• Resides within 15 miles of Cambourne.
• Ability to work independently and make decisions under pressure.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.

• £14.24 per hour (including Holiday Pay) plus a £1.14 location allowance.
