About the role
We are looking for enthusiastic Early Career Teachers (ECT) to join a network of welcoming primary schools across Sussex. Whether you prefer full‑time, part‑time or occasional days, these flexible positions let you gain valuable classroom experience while supporting schools in East Grinstead and the surrounding area.
Key responsibilities
- Teach across a variety of primary schools in East Grinstead and nearby locations.
- Deliver engaging lessons using supplied teaching plans.
- Provide day‑to‑day supply cover and support long‑term placement needs.
Required profile
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and Early Career Teacher (ECT) status.
- Recent teaching experience with verifiable references.
- Willingness to undergo enhanced DBS and other vetting checks.
