Flexible Primary Supply Teacher – Kensington & Chelsea

About the role

We are looking for confident primary teachers who want flexible, short‑term assignments across a range of vibrant primary schools in Kensington & Chelsea. The role starts in September and offers the freedom to teach on your own terms while gaining valuable classroom experience.

Key responsibilities

• Step into classrooms covering EYFS, KS1 and KS2 and deliver engaging lessons.
• Adapt quickly to different school cultures and teaching styles.
• Maintain a calm, purposeful learning environment throughout the day.
• Follow existing lesson plans or lead learning when plans are not provided.
• Communicate effectively with teaching staff to ensure continuity.

Required profile

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or a recognised UK teaching qualification.
• Experience teaching in UK primary schools.
• Strong knowledge of the Primary National Curriculum.
• Effective behaviour management and communication skills.
• Flexibility, reliability and a proactive approach.
• Ability to build positive relationships quickly.
